Need assistance with an injury or pain management? Momentive has partnered with Hinge Health to provide all the tools you need to get moving again from the comfort of your home. You’ll receive exercise therapy, tailored to your condition, and an expert personal care team.
Participants must be 18+ and enrolled in a Momentive medical plan to qualify. If qualified, Momentive will cover 100% of the cost!

Virta

Who is Virta for? Virta is available to employees, spouses and adult dependents between the ages of 18 and 79 who are enrolled in the medical plan through Momentive.
