2024 Annual Enrollment

Annual Enrollment is from October 16th to October 30th, 2023. Find out what’s changing for the upcoming year, and what’s staying the same for benefits that take effect January 1st, 2024.

What’s Changing in 2024

  • HSA/FSA administration is moving from MyChoice UMB Bank to Fidelity. You’ll have the opportunity to opt-in to a bulk account transfer during annual enrollment.
  • Employer HSA funding will be matched 100% up to the following maximum:
Consumer Choice 250 Consumer Choice 500
Employee Only $500 $1,000
Employee and Family $1,000 $2,000
  • Telehealth services will be transitioning from Doctors on Demand to Amwell.

What’s staying the same in 2024?

There will be NO CHANGE to Medical or Dental rates for 2024, despite the industry trend increasing healthcare rates by approximately 8%. Please note that if your salary band changes, you will experience a change in rates.

Medical and Dental plan designs and the following vendors are also remaining the same:

  • Medical — Highmark BlueShield of Northeastern NY
  • Prescription — EmpiRx Health
  • Dental — Delta Dental
  • Vision — Aetna EyeMed
  • Life & Disability — Lincoln Financial Group
  • Voluntary Coverages — MetLife
  • EAP — ComPsych GuidanceResources

How to make changes?

If you want to switch plans or add/drop a dependent from your policy, log in to www.mpm-benefits.com. You will be prompted to upload verifying documentation for new dependents added to coverage.
